IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR NON-US CUSTOMERS: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY VAT/IMPORT FEES UPON YOUR PACKAGES ARRIVAL. I CANNOT COVER THESE COSTS.
What locations do you ship to?
Right now I offer shipping to the following: E.U, U.S.A, Mexico, Canda, New Zealand, and Australia. Feel free to contact me to see if I can add your country! I have to anaylsis this from country to country.
What are your processing times?
Please allow 5-7 days for us to begin to process your order! This is the standard processing time unless stated others in a banner on top of the website. Please kindly remember that processing time =/= shipping time. The post office is the one responsible for shipping time. I have no control over the packages once they leave my hands.
Do all orders come With tracking?
All orders are sent with tracking! Each order should include an email with a tracking number when we package/ship out products.
I input the wrong address!
If we haven't sent out the order you can email me the proper information and we can get it sorted! If you didn't notice until afterwards then there is nothing I can do unfortunately! If the item is returned to me because of the incorrect address I will let you know and we can either charge you for a new shipping label or I can refund your items but not the original shipping cost.
Where are my items?
If the items have been stuck in a specific place/shown delivered when it wasn't. PLEASE CONTACT THE MAIL COURIER FIRST! I'm not able to control what happens to the mail once it leaves my hands. I'll be happy to help if you need me to provide documentation to the courier!
Can I return my order?
Right now I do not offer returns on orders unless it was a mistake within the order on my end! Please contact me if the item does not arrive in it's purposed condition and I can either resend you a new one or refund you depending on the situation and preference. Please treat me like a human and I'll be more obligated to help you the best I can!
Do you offer free shipping?
Right now I'm only offering free shipping for orders above $50. But that may change!
Do you do wholesale orders?

Do you make everything?
Short answer- yes! I design everything in house and it is created by one single person. I outsource production of some products such as a enamel pins, keychains, and other expensive hard-to-work-with material.
